E&M Tech House is a software engineering and digital transformation company. We work where technology touches everyday life: the core banking systems that move money, the platforms that collect school fees and rent, and the tools that help farmers get paid and get financed.

Our teams have delivered more than 40 Finacle core banking implementations and support Oracle E-Business Suite as a member of the Oracle Partner Network. Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, SACCOs, insurers and telcos rely on us, with customers in Kenya, Congo, Uganda and India.

Through Ascend, our apprenticeship programme, more than 1,000 graduates have learned to build real software alongside our senior engineers at our innovation hubs in Tatu City and Kampala. It is how we grow our own teams, and how we help power the next generation of African technology companies.
